Oadby and Wigston Primary Care Network (PCN) is a network of six GP practices, working with the local authority, community services and the voluntary sector to improve the physical and mental health of our patients.
We currently serve just over 45,000 patients across the five surgeries and our vision is to improve the quality of care that we provide in alignment with the need of our patient population.
The PCN is committed to developing an integrated care team approach to better support people in our community. This will bring together a range of health and social care professionals to provide enhanced and innovative personalised and preventative care.
