Mental Health 

The PCN employs a Mental Health Practitioner to work with patients experiencing common mental health problems - principally anxiety disorders and depression - in the self management of their recovery. The Mental Health Practitioner can help with: 
 
advice on sleep hygiene, problem solving and panic attacks 
provide education for managing anxiety and depression 
promote approaches to improve emotional health and wellbeing 
 
You can ask for the Mental Health Practitioner to contact you via your GP surgery.
